]]> In a weird twist of news, the idea of independent automotive repair shops having access to the same repair information as major automotive manufacturer’s repair shops has surfaced again, sparking fierce discussion over the past few days. Many independently-owned automotive repair shops (including repair shops that service auto shipping trucks) are at a disadvantage, considering that they do not have full access to all the repair information that dealership-owned repair shops do. This would help auto transport drivers as well, because it would mean that more repair shops that service independent auto transport trucks would have access to all the repair information, and thus do a better job overall.
