North Little Rock is a city in Pulaski County, Arkansas, across the Arkansas River from the larger town of Little Rock. According to a 2005 US Census estimate the city's population was over 58,000, thus making it the sixth largest city in the state in terms of population. During the summer months temperatures top out around 94 degrees with overnight lows dropping into the mid 60's. During the winter, however, temperatures drop quite low, with average highs barely above freezing and lows well into the teens.
